"In October 2006, the attorney Jack Thompson sent a letter to Midway Games, demanding they cease and desist selling Armageddon, claiming that the game was illegally profiting on his likeness, because gamers could use the Kreate a Fighter option to make a character who looked like him."

...wow. Just... wow. You know, there have been countless wrestling games that have offered Create A Wrestler options that allow players to create wrestlers not under license with the company being represented by said game, and in ways that are better resemblances than just "generic vaguely lawyer looking guy named Thompson" as well. Not to mention, talk about trying to get something banned on the grounds of what could be done by a pretty bored-ass gamer as opposed to what has been done.

Or, to put things another way: Lieberman's got nothing on Thompson. Holy damn.
