(no subject)
Heya, its alive xD
So much time has passed but i didn't get around to write yet. We moved (did I mention that?) to the new appartement. Its bigger, brighter, has a balcony and a garden! Also its way closer in town, now i have a bus here going every 20 minutes instead of only every hour. The bunnies found a new home on the balcony and seems they are happy there.
The house is SO much more quiet. No TV noise from the neighbours at all even though its easy to hear noise in the house. The only thing you hear is our downstairs neighbours who have a little kid. The problem is the house has NO noise isolation at all...meaning you can hear them walking very easily. They are quite nice people so far (apart from being silly with some things *sighs*).
My way to work has gotten a bit long so that I have to get up at 5.30 when I have the morning shift and won't be home before 22.30 on late shift. Its a bit annoying but bearable.
The house set-up is basically done and alex did so much decorating it! Its really pretty, I love it!
But yeah...seems my old land lady decided to try and get some money out of me leaving the house. Right now she is saying that the appartement is dirty and that I supposedly damaged the window because i did the main part of the moving through the window, which isn't true and I have people that can vouch for it! Also she is saying that I damaged the wallpaper (lie, it was already ripped when I moved in) and left the walls and ceiling with holes (which I told her on the 30th september I'll close till 15th October). Also when I met her SHE said that the walls are alright and if the guy interested in the appartement would like it, renovation is NOT necessary. Excuse my language, but what a false bitch! Because she saw my car behind the house and 2 (!!!) plastic bags outside I did the moving through the window? EXCUSE ME? Not for real! This is severely pissing me off because I am aware of the fact that I have no evidence for what was said on the 30th (I was alone in the house getting the last stuff and cleaning) while she has her husband. This is all fishy and I wish I could do something. I suppose I'll go there this weekend and fill the holes and paint kitchen and bathroom (because those I have to do). I just find it impossible. She lets the house rot away and is surprised that people move out? I know that, including me, 3 parties moved out of the house and I know of two more that are playing with the thought. Can't be a coincidence. Also thinking that most people don't live there for longer than 1 year is fishy.
