Yule/Solstice :)
I just had the loveliest circle where, because of Yule PLUS the full moon PLUS the lunar eclipse this morning, I focused on old cycles ending and new ones beginning. It was even more special for me because I'm moving to London in a week; leaving behind everyone and everything I know in favor for land my feet have never touched. I tried to isolate everything that I wished to get rid of in my aura, spirit, etc. and banished it while welcoming the unknown new life ahead of me. I tried to boost my inner strength and all that.

Black Candle - banishing
Green Candle - growth
Lavender - fidelity
Anise & Cinnamon - protection
Jasmine - spirituality
Death Card - end of one cycle and beginning of a new one
Raido Rune - Journey
Berkana Rune - Growth
Odin Rune - Unknowable
I'll admit, I went in not knowing what to expect at all. It's such a big day I didn't feel anything I'd prepared was enough. So I meditated and let the energies take me--and man. I went places I'd never been before. I was doing rites and meditations I'd never known existed. It felt amazing to be so connected!!!
