Heartfire 2, 3E433

I journeyed to Frostcrag Spire, the ancient site of the Temple of Yaweh. The journey was long and arduous, traversing heavily wooded areas and then treacherous mountain terrain. I was attacked by wolves and Imps along the way. I have grown strong with the power of Yaweh. My silver mace breaks the bones and mashes the brains of thine enemies O'Lord.

The Temple is Amazing. A great tower which reaches far into the heavens and watches over the lands below. Inside, a great hand made of crystal lifts up a single dusty tome, in which is scribed a prophecy of the coming of a 'Champion of God' to restore the holy of holies and the temple of Yaweh. The first chamber was just a round room with not but the hand and six rounded crystals laid into the floor. Three below the west wall and three below the east wall. As I walked closer to inspect one such crystal, it shone a brilliant blue and rose off the floor. As this first crystal rose so did its' cuison on the west wall and then each pair aster the first also rose, turned once clockwise and sunk back into the floor. When this was finished and the last pair had once again sunk to the floor, the wall in front of me at the back of the chamber, shone a brilliant blue so that all of its bricks shone with brilliance and it pulsed with power. The wall then slid back to reveal a large room, the main chamber of the Temple of Yaweh. In the center of this chamber were three large crystals on the ground much like the six in the entrance chamber but much larger and spread equidistant on the floor. One was made to look like cold blue ice, another was fire red like lava and yet another was eerily yellow like the lightning that pierced stormy skies. In the east and west walls there were ramps wich following the curvature of the tower, led to a raised altar in the rear of the chamber. This altar and the three crystals in the floor were used to create the elemental servants of Yaweh who were then used along with Yaweh's great power to create life and all the world. To the right of this altar was a stand used to create magical incantations and on the left of the altar was another stand used to imbue artifacts with great powers. The whole temple was however emptied, it's artefacts and furnishings carried of by Yaweh's priests and kept in safety until the prophetic champion returned to restore the temple. This I learned was the next part of my quest. There were two magical crystals one at the bottom of each ramp which allowed access to the living chamber and the vault where the magical relics and artifacts were kept in times of old. In the living chamber, a passage way led into a great garden where all of the plants of the world Yaweh first grew and standing on the highest point of the tower and of the world he scattered their seeds to the wind and populated the world with life. Another portal in the chamber led to the topmost height of the temple, the seat of creation where Yaweh could look down on all of his creations and direct his elemental forces to create existence. Another doorway in the chamber led outside to a balcony where a portal to every settlement in Cyrodiil had been placed so that Yaweh's priests could travel to the aid of the people.

It was one of these portals I used to travel to the Great Imperial city, where a descendant of the great archpriest of Yaweh safeguarded the ancient artifacts and furnishings of the temple. Her name is Aurelinwae. (OR-UH-LIN-WAY) From her I learned that there were five great manuscripts which detailed the areas of the temple and that for a small fee she could disclose them to me. The fee she said, was to determine my intentions as no one but a follower of Yaweh would pay such prices for the secrets of a lost Temple; a temple she claimed was lost to all but those whom Yaweh himself wished to find it. It was clear to me that this woman was not a believer and was saddened by her seemingly ambiguous feelings towards the secrets. All she really knew was that these packages she was charged to care for were supersticious relics of a religion long dead and held no more importance than other artifacts she had seen in museums. Grudgingly I payed for one of these packages, the sum of 1552 gold septims and upon returning to the temple of Yaweh, I read aloud the incantation for the return of the Chamber of the Archpriest of Yaweh. The living quarters are now restored and it is here I sleep tonight.
