Doubt it - well, it'd have come up in this universe. I find Weeping Blood kind of silly, though. I kind of like bloody semen, even though it's like Have You Been Tested Yet?, because I think having the supposed life-giving fluid be supplanted by blood in vampires is cool.

I figure they must have actual water in their bodies somewhere, or all vamps would alternate between paler-than-their-usual-skin-tone or somewhere between red and deep purple depending on how much blood they'd just consumed. Oh, not to mention being wrinkly and husk-like vs plump :).

Bloody semen is just odd (and ick) enough an idea to be interesting, though. Blood instead of sperm.
