• walking to the car, I heard a skittery sound. The sci-fi/fantasy/horror genres have really gotten a foothold in my brain, because my first thought was "monster! zerg! don't get eaten!" it was birds pecking at the back yard. btw, I have completely sucked at making time for star craft, it's really frustrating.

it's all dan's fault, while he was packing I played a little as a guest on his copy and I got hooked. I suck at it and I've never played this kind of game, but, well, hooked. normal is hard for me and I'm still only like 12 or so missions in.
