I was at the Target website to see if they have the tin cause I asked my card dealer in regards about it and he tells me that the Twins' and Crow's Tin are exclusively only available @ Target and Walmart for $20 a pop while if I get in Chinatown it's going to range from $25 - $30.
I'm going to try my luck again to see if I can get the Twin's & Yusei's Tin tonight at the closes Target near me. Walmart doesn't exist here in the city.
Otherwise....I don't know what other places that sells YGO! 5D's tin cheap that's not an official card dealer.
