If that Medieval History exam wasn't good enough to get a B, they can go fuck themselves. 1200 words on one, 700 on the other. I had logical, non-narrative, thematic structures which built towards an opinion and a conclusion, I referenced and discussed based on a wide array of primary sources, while throwing in one or two secondary sources as a jumping off point to discuss interpretations. 1900 words in an hour and a half is really good for me, as I just can't hand-write anything to save my life.
My iPod died on the way home as I was listening to the Cure's "Close to Me". Just as it died, I was walking buy a pub called the Loft where a painter was working and listening to the radio. Just then..."Close to Me" came on the radio. Is it a sign? And if so, what the hell does it mean?
I've got to pack. And prepare for leaving in the morning. And take a nap at some point. It's a busy day.
