Dinner: lamb meatballs, tomato salad, rice.

ground lamb spiced with marjoram, oregano, dill, sage, taragon, black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, clove, paprika, lemon juice. meatballs rolled into ~1/16 balls, panfried on medium-high heat.

tomato salad- 1/8th sliced tomatoes topped with smushed slowroasted garlic, oregano, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, feta cheese, lime-apple vinegar

basmati rice cooked with olive oil, salt, clove, cinnamon, allspice. One lemon peel added to rice when mostly done cooking.

matched with a tannic red wine high in oak/spice.
