HELP!
Listen. I am in dire need. If you or someone you know (ANYONE you know) needs a place to live, call me. Don't call me tomorrow, or the next day. Call me NOW. Doesn't matter if its 3:37 AM call me. I need a subleaser before Feb 1. Please spread the word. Here are the descriptions of the two places up for grabs...you see my dilemma here??
One bedroom for rent in a 3BR/3BA apartment. Complex is directly on appalcart route, also includes clubhouse with computer lab and gym, along with movie theater. Pool, basketball court, volleyball net with picnic tables. The apartment itself includes:

Plenty of Pantry/Closet space

House has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and Pets are negotiable!
House has wrap around porch--ample parking. Rock wall for climbing out front!
Fire pit beside creek.
Large livingroom/dining room.

Big kitchen.
New Washer/Dryer

Private driveway
Rent + utilities=$450, but heat for winter could fluctuate price.
