The first twenty years of my life are slowly coming to an end. When I think back, I've enjoyed about 98% of it, I'm not going to lie. I've come in contact with hundreds, if not thousands, of people who have helped me grow from a boy into a respectable man. A week from tomorrow I turn twenty-one, the last birthday I have to look forward to before i turn 65. A week from now I'm no longer considered a child, or a "young adult", but simply an adult, in every legal way. That f'n rocks.
Yesterday I went to Six Flags with my girlfriend Morgan, her roommate Maria, Maria's sister Cara, my little bro Bill Brasky, and Cara's friend Tamara. It was a fuckin' blast. We went on Superman twice, batman once, the raft ride once, cyclone once, flashback once, and a whole bunch of other stuff a few times. The best part of the day (at least to me) is that I fooled one of the carnival game things. There was this booth where you had to stump the "guesser" in one of three categories: age (within two years), weight (within 3 pounds) or birth month (within 3 months). I figured I'd go with the age thing. She guessed that I was twenty three, and I'm only twenty. I love looking old, especially when I can win my girlfriend a huge red stuffed alligator because of my deceptive appearance...haha.
Things are going to be fun this school year...its going to be a good one. I can feel it.
