Flashpoint and Criminal Intent and Bones
I REALLY need to update more. I know. You can see by my avatar that Brennan is shocked I'm updating.
I've been thinking about fandoms lately.
Bones... I used to love you, now I just like you. I try and keep up, give up, and then watch the whole season at a time. I do admit that it bugs me how mean they are sometimes to Brennan. She gets geeky excited about something and everyone looks at her like she's a freak or says something mean, and I feel bad for her. She's an anthropologist, she's allowed to be excited about new discoveries, museums, and mummies. The highlight of the season for me was the Doctor in the Photo episode, because it was good, Brennan saw some things she needed to see, and I loved Micah. He was nice to her, interested in what she had to say, and just really seemed like a friend to her, and as a bonus, he was played by Enrico Colantoni, who I hope appears again.
Criminal Intent.... You're back, with Goren and Eames. And I'm finding that I'm not excited. I want to be, but I think the writer's about manpained me out the last time we saw Goren. I'll watch it, though, I know I will. And Eames will forever be made of win.
FLASHPOINT.... I love you. I caught a few episodes here and there and liked it, but then I made an effort to watch the series, and in in order, and it's sooo good! Just very well written, with believable characters that I like. I have lots of thoughts on this show, which I will go on and on at length about later, I know. But right now, I'm hungry. =) I plan on watching Scorpio again tonight and maybe plotting a post episode fic to get my feet back into writing.
