AnthroBlizz Con

We didn't get much done this year at AC. It was my first time trying out the con in a few years (since their move from the hotel of fail). I did enjoy the Westin and would have liked to stay there, but due to purchasing late, we ended up in the '5 minute walk' Double Tree.

It featured interesting U-shaped rooms, and the most overpriced hotel restaurant I've seen. I do not normally bitch about hotel prices, but that place was both awful and expensive. The In-Hotel 7-11 was hilarious. If I go in the future I will stay at the small Marriott which managed to be a few yards closer to the convention than the con hotel, but it looks unlikely at this point.

The only reason I went to the convention was to meet a friend who was unfortunately unable to go.

BlizzCon:
Next month I'm going to BlizzCon, and I am looking forward to that with great excitement. Ignoring the chance to be on the Diablo 3 and StarCraft 2 betas, I always love what I hear of the panels on lore, story and design. At this point I have a friend with a spare ticket who hasn't decided who he is going to offer it to. (hint hint)

Anyone have any thoughts on BlizzCon? As far as I'm aware only one of you has gone (Roz?) and that was to pick up swag.
