What a Crazy Week!

so here's what i did today:

1. put out all 9 trashcans
2. wash my hands
3. Mix 45 lbs of chicken salad
4. wash my hands
5. Cut 35 bags of pita (each bag has 6 pitas in it)
6. wash my hands
7. cut 30 lbs of chicken
8. wash my hands
9. put away stock
10. wash my hands
11. cut 7 1/2 lbs of chicken
12. go move a delivery van
13. wash my hands
14. set up the steam table
15. wash my hands
16. cut 22 1/2 lbs of chicken
17. mix chicken into chicken salad
18. wash my hands
19. cut avocados
20. take 2 million catering calls
21. the rest of the day is a blur...but that was all before 11.
