things unpleasant enough to mention: adriene referring to my mum's "finger cots" as "mini condoms." pleasantries: the fact that my teachers are still nice to me and let me go to the restrooms without a pass, adrienne's chocolate/other chip cookies, a poem i'm writing right now, text messaging, making origami roses of colored paper. A few days ago i passed someone in the street whose face i was sure i'd seen before. while waiting for her bus, we talked and it turned out she went to elementary school with me, 3rd grade, and in Gaithersburg; kenitra davis: "Willie!! Oh my god. you're.. soo much taller!" (i'm a little taller than she is now, but then i was only half her height).
