wow, i check live journal and now i can not see anyones updates... i cant go back previous 20 or anything... is it me or am i all alone in this LJ world or has everyone blocked me??? *sadness* i mean even if people wern't updating at least i could go back and view the past entries but i cant even do that.
anyways I was contacted by a mangement company out of Ontario who wants to place me with an agent to help promote my music. The agent they assigned to me was Ariel Berkal, mangement for Meech Wells, also known for his work with Snoop Dogg, J.Lo, Cassidy, etc... so this guy manages some big platnium producers so it should be interesting to see what the paper work is like when my lawyer receives it. hopefully we'll sit down and go over it next week with them and sign my life away lol. the average price in canada for a beat is between $8,000 - $30,000 per song and an average producer will drop 2-5 songs a month. once you get into the US it starts going up to $80,000 - $100,000 a song depending on input and artist. $200,000 and up for timbaland or Scott Storch beats. i'm excited to see what the future holds for me. i've only been in this game now for 11 months and its starting to happen. Hopefully i'll have another update soon. Wish me luck.
