Holy shit...this looks AWESOME. Robert Downey Junior positively NAILED the character of Tony Stark. In the beginning he's a pompous, arrogant asshole just as he should be. For instance, this exchange:
Reporter - "Mr. Stark, you've been called the "Da Vinci" of our times, how do you feel about that?"
Tony Stark - "That's ridiculous, I don't paint."
I swear, I could see that line coming up out of a comic book page, it is exactly how Stark is supposed to act. Not only did they nail his character, they nailed the first grey clunky armor. It moves pretty fast, but it looks amazing. Just check out the trailer and don't forget...May 2nd, 2008. I'll be the guy at the front of the line.
