Given the recent news about LJ, I'm not sure whether I want to stay here. The fact that I'm not Russian and so therefore not subject to that country's laws is not the point. I don't want to support a platform that is prejudiced against LGBT people. I am one, after all! If anyone reading this has more info about what's happening, please feel free to comment.
I have a dormant Dreamwidth account, and since that site is very similar to LJ I can easily move over permanently if necessary. For now, I'll bring that back into use. If you don't have an account at DW, you should still be able to comment on my posts using OpenID. Here:
