Did I say my life was boring?
Saturday, the new printer my mom got looked like it was going insane. So I did the basics and uninstalled the drivers and downloaded/installed new ones. One S---L---O---W reboot later, the printer worked perfectly.
On the other hand, my computer needed some help as well. I'm not sure how, but my computer downloaded and installed this &#$@! spy/adware suite. Along with it came a trojan. Feel free to call me a moron, I deserve it, because I hadn't done my windows update and didn't have an anti-virus installed. I didn't know offhand that I hadn't gotten everything, though the way the computer kept acting up, usually the ctrl and/or shift would be 'stuck' on, gave me a bit of a clue. I went and finally did windows update and the anti-virus.
I'm happy now, 'cause everything seems to be alright with the computer.
