Today is one of those days when I want to go and beat the hell out of someone.

Yeah that is what you have and you have an agreement with me to give me information 2 weeks in advance. Now you make it less than one week, and I have to go have 16 people adjust their lives in less than 7 days.
Yeah that is my day so far, and as you can tell it put me in a really bad mood. We do things for a reason, there is a process and it has been agreed upon to make it fair to all parties involved. This is to ensure that we do not have people quiting on a regular basis and not have people having to miss time, now I get to deal with someone having to miss just under half of a week of training.
It is days like this that make me wonder why I still work here.
