i think i haz it. :( boo. can't seem to figure out the ergonomically correct way to sit at my desk and my arm and wrist are paying for it. i think it all comes down to a short torso, a high desk, and a low chair [which is as high as it goes currently :(]. i think a trackball mouse is a near future investment as is a pillow for the chair. in the meantime, i'm rocking the wrist brace, woot!
doug is done with his internship next week! hooray! and it's a 3 day weekend this weekend! so i see him tomorrow and then it's only 3 days next week that i won't see him and then it's done! yay! yay! yay! i'm ready for him to be home all the time. not that this internship wasn't a good move for him, but i didn't like the long distance. which is kind of silly because so many people have it so much worse. can't see each other for months on end. but then i think that the 5 years we spent apart for college have to count for something in the grand scheme of relationship hardships. meh, whatever, he's home for good in a week and i'm happy!
do people still double space after a period? or the end of a sentence rather? i wasn't if that had fallen out of practice not, what with the character limits of twitter and such. pretty soon spaces won't exist and it will be a smash up of letters that you have to decode somehow. oh the joys of progress.
