Hrm...
Consulting with Vikram reveals a slight flaw in the plan to add another major... Apparently I will then require 136 hours to graduate with both degrees, rather than the 124 I need for just English. I have 85 now, and adding 46 to that gives me a scant 131 hours- not quite enough. This is mildly troubling.
Now, I think it's a solvable problem. (Fact: I have no desire to be in college for five years. Frankly, I doubt I could afford it.) I could take Stats as a summer class. I mean, I already hate the summer. I might as well leaven it with math. That's three credits. Then I can take something as a blow off course- I'm thinking that the follow-up Writing Consultant Course fits this role nicely- during a 15 hour semester and bump it up to 17 without really noticing it.
