The day Michael Ballack will take his final goodbye from the active football carreer.
So yesterday Michael held a press conference concerning his goodbye match in June. It will take place at the RedBull Arena in Leipzig.
Apparently it will be "Michael Ballack & friends" vs "world team".
Michael invited a lot of his old comrades. Starting with former teammates and friends from Chemnitz, Kaiserslautern, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and the German nationalteam.
Some of them already confirmed their participation: Bastian Schweinsteiger, Bernd Schneider, Andrej Schewtschenko, Jose Mourinho, Philipp Lahm, Oliver Neuville
Not yet confirmed but highly possible are the following: Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba, Jürgen Klinsmann, Joachim Löw, Rudi Völler for example
More names will be revealed in the next weeks.
The awesome stuff is that the tickets for this match were sold out within 24h, which is a record. Never before have tickets for the RedBull arena been sold faster.
