ok so i posted a casting call on ModelMayhem, for models to have pictures taken in my dresses....
and like,... 10 models replied...
i'm freaking out
lol
and going to be working my ass off next week and the week after between shifts and on weekends to get some new dresses in shape for other people to wear them in photos in public :S
i have one person who is coming to do hair and make up and my lil sis wants to come...
i've enlisted 5 (or is it 6) models, but still not sure on location... going to try and find another makeup/hair person. so i'm stressing about making dresses.... my head is everywhere but in reality and organisation. I NEED A SPOTLIGHT RUNNER!
this weekend will be testing my waitressing and management skills.
helen and liang are away so i'm completely, utterly and totally in charge of the front.
so friday we're 2 people short, saturday we're 3 people short.
we're screwed if we get busy heh
i get a 50c payrise starting october... which is later than i wanted but least i'm getting it.
i shouldnt really complain, they give me free food whenever i want, and well, the minimum cost of anything i eat is $9 take away... so i get honey chicken, or chow mein, or singapore noodles, or lemon chicken for free at the end of a shift if i ask for it, sometimes even if i dont ask for it.
not to mention rice and chicken sweet corn soup.
it's a good job, the pay just a bit lackless... but i suppose most part time is pretty poor, summer is completely qualified at her job, and has been there 4 yrs and still gets about as much as me.... i think she said $15 an hr...
anyway, now i've had my vent, which wasn't the one i was going to have the last couple of days *forgot that one in the stress* i'm going to finish this green dress so i can start another one tonight!
