It's College Week
School is having a festival today. I only enjoy them when I'm not actually...participating? I volunteered for the food fair but I thought it was a group effort with like, five people! *sigh*
For some reason, people think I'm the one heading the whole operation because the chairman of the organization said it was me. I feel offended, is it because I'm big and fat?
Sarcasm aside, I think we had a communication breakdown. The chairman is running around doing things that have officers for them because they weren't at the meeting. This meeting that not even one of the officers knew about. Which was supposedly organized by the chairman. Who didn't tell anybody.
I suggested we vote to have a 'Communications Officer' but that's supposedly the Vice Chairman's job who says the Chairman never told her anything.
Which brings us to the Chairman himself. He's a good kid and all but he acts like he doesn't have time for anybody while making us think he's going to take care of it all. I've seen this problem since last year, he has a tendency to do work he isn't supposed to do. That makes him look good but I feel like an ass when I figure out at the last minute that "OHSHIT it's ME?!"
I am NEVER doing this again.
