In a chapter of TRC I noticed that Shaoran Jr. was talking about Watanuki with a tender smile on his face. There has to be a basis for that. Maybe those two were once like the Mokonas, being able to meet each other in a dream. I could see Watanuki visiting Shaoran Jr. a lot inside the dream world while Shaoran Jr. was held captive. Watanuki going "oniisan" on Shaoran Jr. would be cute. X3
I had a dream where Watanuki was reborn as a bird with the egg Doumeki has. That would make for one of the most bittersweet finales. I had tears in my eyes when I woke up. ;-;
