This is just amazing! Usually people draw one or both of the boys, but rarely the car. I love how fluid it looks. The Impala looks like it's just flying along the road.

I've dabbled in charcoal myself over the years, but I'm not nearly as talented as you are. It's messy, but I just love the feel of it and the look of it on the paper.

yea, like i said, ive been messing around with art my whole life

ironically enough charcoal used to be a medium i REFUSED to touch, i hated it like nobodys business, but my highschool art teacher who made me so much better than I was made us draw figures once, and just randomly i focused on this girls feet and to this day its still one of my favorite pieces...ever since then charcoal is my medium of choice

i have a folder on my comp of pics of the boys and the car that i plan to draw one day...i just sadly, havent done practically anything since high school and havent started anything

I hear you about planning to draw, but not doing it for a long time. I get so intimidated by a blank page. Yet I can always visualize the drawing in my head...I just talk myself out of it half the time. But I'm a perfectionist, so it kinda makes sense. I drew quite a bit in high school and like you, just quit afterwards. It took me years to get back into it and even now it's tough.
