Doh!

I've been a bit behind on these updates. Of all the many excuses I could use, it really just boils down to I was lazy with perhaps a side of nothing new to report. Things are progressing well and after some mental kung fu fighting between my nutritionist and doctor I believe I've got enough information to make a decision on when I'm going to end this thing.

It's become increasingly harder to maintain this fast. Not due to a desire for food but just straight up boredom with the available choices. As such when the nutritionist gave me a much more realistic target weight (in my opinion) I was all set to come off the diet mid May. However in discussing this with the doc he pressed the need to reach a percentage threshold of my target weight based on my build. Fortunately this percentage was much closer to what I had in my head than the one he gave me last time. Still there is 20lb or so difference between the 2 numbers, or in time on the diet, 3-4 more weeks.

After some mental tossing about an some guidance from M I remembered why I'm on this thing, health. Thusly I sided with the doc and the longer period. Working out a worst case scenario I came to the realization that I'll probably still make my personal goal of being able to eat come the 4th of July. Given that, I back tracked a little and found my happy medium. I'll be off completely by the 4th. I should be near my target weight by that time and if it's give or take 5-10lbs, whatever. Current signs are pointing to me being under, which is great.
