A new kind of problem, huh...

So I have an issue that I have never dealt with before!
I got not one, but TWO jobs! The first one is a part-time, two day position at a leather/leather goods and crafts store. I'm pretty sure I'll love it there, the people are awesome and I already get along w/ them, we have similar interests and I could learn a LOT there (aka: just hanging out and helping people, and I can take free classes). The second one is at a restaurant/cafe at the LV airport. Full-time, 5 days a week, kinda crazy hours (4 AM to noon, but I'm up then anyway), the people I've met so far seem like I could get along with them, and it's work that I can do and enjoy. Steady paycheck, regular hours, close location. The problem is, I want to work both jobs, I really do. One of them seems like a lot of fun, and the other is something that I NEED. I'm just worried that I'll wind up working 7 days a week, and wind up burning out. I'm going to do it for a little while to try it out anyway, but considering that (even with the ups and downs lately) I'm in a better mental state I don't want to jeopardize that.
Any thoughts? I know working both is a good idea at first, seeing if I can handle it AND having the extra money, but I'm just worried that I'm on a high right now, and putting more on my plate than I can handle.

PS- I know I'm very lucky :)
