Birthdate/Sign:
Technically, in canon, Rolo's real birthday is unknown by everyone, including himself. However, it is celebrated by Lelouch Lamperouge on October 25th while Lelouch's memories of his real sibling, Nunnally, are sealed. Because of his sealed memories, Lelouch subconsciously remembers the date as something important and thus assumes it to be Rolo's birthday while he still believes Rolo to be his younger brother. As a result, Rolo adopts October 25th as his birthday from therein. This would make him a Scorpio, which would be an appropriate sign for him, given the Scorpio's strong sense of independence, loyalty, resourcefulness, and tendencies towards jealousy, suspicion, and obsession.
Tattoo: About the size of his
locket, in a shade of very light pink, situated on his upper, right thigh.
Suitability:
Despite his seemingly young age, Rolo is highly familiar with very adult concepts. He handles things such as death, murder, and much more with the presence of a battle-hardened soldier or someone who's been surrounded by such for the entirety of his life. Growing up as a tool for the Geass Directorate, Rolo had to learn to be an adult from a young age, never understanding what it's like to be a normal child. So in some ways, he can be childish, but only in the sense that he is naive to what is expected for a boy his age. Other than that, he is extremely mature and already has some basic knowledge of human anatomy and how humans reproduce.
Furthermore, Rolo's position within the Directorate has forced him to be able to adapt to new settings quickly and easily. No matter the situation he's placed in, Rolo has had to learn how to react quickly, in order to pull off some very difficult assassinations. One such example of this is his ability to deal with presentation of the naked body, as he was forced to
assassinate a man whilst he was taking a shower. And though he has some difficulty adjusting due to never before having a family, Rolo adjusts to the setting of Ashford Academy quickly enough that the only thing about him that seems strange to others is how quiet he tends to be. In Zodion, Rolo would use his skills to adapt in order to adapt to the setting as it would only seem the natural thing to do.
Finally, Rolo has a strong desire to avoid death. He says as much in episode four, as his life is put in danger by an oncoming missile. Though he was willing to give up his own life in episode nineteen, this was only because it meant keeping Lelouch alive. Lelouch's safety is tantamount to Rolo, but Rolo only puts his own life on the line when there is no other option. Therefore, he would find survival in Zodion extremely important. And given his tendency to rely on any methods to achieve what he thinks is necessary, he would not be above practicing sex if it meant staying alive.
Power:
Beware of tl;dr...
Rolo has only one "power" of sorts and this is his Geass. Geass is the ability to control others in various ways and even the main character, Lelouch, has a Geass. However, Rolo's Geass differs from Lelouch's in many ways. Also known as the Ward of Absolute Suspension, this ability, when activated by Rolo's will, suspends the time experienced by everyone within the radius of Rolo's choosing. Every person within the "bubble" is essentially frozen, incapable of moving, thinking, or even realizing they're under his power. They have no knowledge of what is going on while suspended and when the Geass fades, it seems as if nothing had happened within the time limit Rolo has his Geass activated.
To some, this might give the appearance that Rolo has the ability to disappear and reappear instantaneously, but this isn't the case. More like while Rolo freezes people, he still moves around, so that when he deactivates his Geass, he appears to have gone from one point to another, instantaneously.
Rolo's Geass has a range that is determined upon activation, and has no known limit. Physical obstacles and electronic/steam equipment are not affected and do not hinder its activation, nor does his Geass require eye contact (like is required of Lelouch's Geass). This allows Rolo to Geass large groups of people, even if he cannot see them.
When active, the
pinkish-red Geass sigil lights up in Rolo's right eye and projects a
red sphere around his body that is not seen by outsiders. It's hinted within series that other Geass users can see the Geass sigil in the eyes of another Geass user, but since the activation of Rolo's Geass freezes a person's thought process, this might not be the case for his.
Another key difference between Rolo and Lelouch's Geasses is that Rolo did not receive his through normal circumstances (ie, a contract with a Code-much like C.C., who gives Lelouch his Geass). In canon, Rolo receives his Geass through the Geass Directorate, a cult studying and testing the limits of Geass. Thus, Rolo's Geass does not follow many of the same laws and rules that govern Lelouch's. So, despite repeated use of his Geass over a long period of time, Rolo has not and will not experience Geass Runaway, an event that occurs when a Geass user's power becomes too strong to control and becomes permanent. So while in canon, Lelouch's Geass is permanent in his left eye and later spreads to both eyes, Rolo's Geass still remains dormant in his right eye and can be turned on or off at any time.
Due to the strange circumstances in which Rolo receives his Geass, it gives him one very important weakness that also affects his Geass. Each time Rolo's Geass is activated, his own heart stops. It does not start beating again until he deactivates the Geass. This makes using his Geass over wide areas or successively in short periods of time dangerous to Rolo. It overtaxes his heart and ultimately becomes the reason he dies in series.
Rolo's Geass has a few other weaknesses as well. The primary of these is that Rolo's Geass does not stop moving objects. The laws of physics still apply, so if a projective is filed at Rolo, even while his Geass is active, he will not be able to escape it. Finally, Rolo's Geass cannot and will not affect people that live outside normal time lines. For example, Rolo's Geass does not work on immortals such as C.C. or V.V. Nor will it work on gods, the undead, or people like Yuuko from xxxHolic, who live outside the standard stream of time.EXAMPLES OF ROLO'S GEASS IN USE:

Possible extent of Rolo's Geass i.e. the entire Ashford Academy.
As seen in the above videos, Rolo often uses his Geass whist on missions and usually to provide sneak attacks or to kill others. Rolo also uses his Geass as a pilot of the Vincent Knightmare Frame, making it easy for him to send his enemies into confusion and thus defeat them. In fact, he came very close to defeating both Kallen (one of the most adept KMF pilots in the series) and Lelouch in the second episode, but was unable to thanks to timed explosives that Lelouch used as a means to escape.
In Zodion, due to the sheer godmode power of Rolo's Geass, its effectiveness will be weakened to some extent. Despite being able to use his Geass for what appears to be several minutes (such as when he is able to Geass all of Ashford Academy and then proceeds to collect his brother, fold up Lelouch's arms and then haul them both into a locker), Rolo will now have a time limit of one minute. The radius of Rolo's Geass will also shrink, being no more than the size of a regular building rather than over the distance of possibly several hundreds of meters.
Personality:
For the most part, Rolo seems like a shy, reserved young man who has difficulties making friends. He tends to have a blunt and brief manner of speaking, sometimes only responding in short sentences. When he is uncomfortable, he becomes easily flustered and reacts without thinking. But this personality is created by and also used to cover up for what he truly is. Brought up by the Geass Directorate to be nothing more than a killing machine from as early as the age of six, Rolo is apathetic, cold, and disinterested in anything save his missions. In his mind, what is most important is completing said missions and is ruthless in doing so, relying on any methods he feels are "most efficient". He even goes so far as to kill his fellow Britannian spies when he feels they've become an obstacle to the mission's completion or because they've learned classified information that they should not know. When Rolo switches sides to join Lelouch's cause, this only changes somewhat in the sense that his drive to complete missions changes to a drive to assist and protect Lelouch. This shows in how he has no qualms with killing anyone in the way of Lelouch's plans or anyone that might come between him and Lelouch.
Despite this dangerous side of his personality, Rolo is extremely devoted to his false brother, Lelouch. The time that Rolo spent with Lelouch allowed Rolo a time of normalcy and happiness that he had never before known. During the year they had together, Rolo learned what it was like to have a family. Because of this, Rolo tends to show a softer, more gentle side only around Lelouch. Lelouch's affection becomes something Rolo craves, having been devoid of such attention his entire life. This is accentuated when Lelouch celebrates Rolo's "birthday", the first birthday Rolo had ever experienced, where he receives a heart-shaped locket from his brother. The locket becomes a symbol of his devotion and obsession with Lelouch so much that Rolo even kills a fellow member of his Office of Secret Intelligence team just for touching it. Rolo even reacts in fear to suggestions of his ties to Lelouch being taken away, such as when Lelouch offers to exchange the locket for something "more suitable for a boy."
Because of his strong devotion and love for Lelouch, it's easy for Lelouch to manipulate Rolo into believing Lelouch actually cares. By making Rolo believe their relationship as brothers is "real" despite the implanted memories Lelouch received, Lelouch is able to get Rolo to abandon his position at the Directorate (the place where he was brought up and lived his entire life) just to join Lelouch. Once Lelouch has Rolo under his wing, Rolo does anything and everything to protect Lelouch, their relationship, and their secrets. He follows almost every order Lelouch gives him. In fact, this drive becomes such an obsession for Rolo that he kills Shirley, one of Lelouch's classmates, in an attempt to silence her after she reveals her once sealed memories had been restored and then mentions wanting to reunite Lelouch and Nunnally. Rolo even sets out to kill Lelouch's true sibling, Nunnally, as well though he is prevented when she is seemingly killed by the destruction of Tokyo by way of nuclear bomb.
Eventually, Rolo comes to understand that Lelouch is using him, but regardless of Lelouch's motivations and true feelings for Rolo, the young assassin continues to work for his brother and eventually sacrifices his own life in order to save Lelouch. Rolo makes it his duty to protect Lelouch, even after Lelouch reveals his true feelings: That he had hated Rolo all along and had tried to kill him. This shows the most when at a moment when things seem dire and Lelouch has lost all other allies, only hours after Lelouch had confessed to hating Rolo, Rolo steps in to protect Lelouch. He does this, claiming it to be his own choice, something that he had never been able to make when he was a tool for everyone around him, including Lelouch.
And as Rolo breathes his last breaths, Rolo reveals a side to himself that he'd never before shown. It's the side that demonstrates how much he understood "his brother". Far more, perhaps, than many other characters that knew Lelouch. He asks Lelouch if what he'd said about hating Rolo was a lie. He recalls the time they shared together, when Lelouch's true smile had been something only Rolo got to see, and how it had been real to him. This surprises Lelouch, and he acknowledges the truth in Rolo's words, saying that Rolo saw right through him. Something he'd expect of someone who was truly his little brother. Rolo replies with "That's... right. Because I... know everything... about Brother," believing that he does and that he knows Lelouch better than anyone else. Lelouch admits this as true, even after Rolo's already passed away.
Finally, should also be noted that though Rolo is highly skilled in the area of assassinations, Rolo doesn't tell anyone this (save, maybe, Lelouch or those he already knows). He pretends to be a normal young man, and his apathetic inner personality comes through as someone who is just shy and quiet. Rolo also knows this and sometimes takes advantage of it. But generally speaking, his quiet nature keeps others from suspecting his true motives or nature. The only indication that something about him might be off is that he seems to know more than he lets on.

"Zodion" First-Person Network Entry:
[ For a few seconds there's nothing but static punctuated by the occasional tapping noise. For those familiar with it, they might find it familiar to Morse Code, however when translated it seems like nothing more than gibberish. However, for that one person who would know, it's a code, translating to something like "Brother, are you here? Are you safe? Did I succeed, or..."
And then a pause, as though the person on this end of the transmission is waiting for something. When the minutes pass without a response, the transmission picks up a sigh. ]
This has to be a dream. But still-
[ Another few moments of silence go by as Rolo begins using the device to find out as much information as he can. A note from an unknown source tells him nothing, so he's resorting to finding out whether the device is capable of hacking or other tasks. When he finds very little, he finally addresses the network itself. His voice is without much emotion, flat and businesslike. ]

"Zodionlogs" Third-Person Prose Entry:
Once a person dies, their heart ceases to beat. Rolo knows this better than most, familiar with death and how to inflict it on a person. But what he was not familiar with was the concept of resurrection. Aside from those who held Codes and therefore could not die, death was something that happened to everyone. Rolo had been included in this. He had died. He knew that, recalling the heavy feeling in his chest as his eyes had slide close. The last thing he saw was the gentle smile on his brother's face. But now...
Now, Rolo was alive again. He had yet to open his eyes, but he could feel his heart beating in his chest. He could feel his lungs expand as he inhaled, the chill of the air on his skin. He was alive. Contrary to everything he knew, he was alive. And there had to be a reason.
Opening his eyes, Rolo took in the scene around him, surprised to find an altogether unfamiliar setting. This place wasn't the clearing he'd landed his brother's Shikirou in. It wasn't his school, or the Ikaruga, or anything else he was familiar with. The only thing that looked remotely familiar were the pillars, reminding him vaguely of the Directorate, yet everything else was different. Even the glowing box-
A small noise of surprise escaped Rolo as his gaze settled on the item. It was glowing... Why was it glowing? Confused, Rolo felt compelled to examine it, ignoring the small pool of water surrounding the alter on which the box sat. This would be something he'd come to regret, for as he stepped foot on the landing, Rolo was surrounded by a mirror of sorts, reflecting back to him an image of himself. This, coupled with the searing pain in his thigh pulled a gasp from Rolo and he buckled over, hands clutching at the thigh that pained him.
It took some time for the pain to pass, and Rolo was forced to control his breathing. His eyes closed and he focused hard on regaining himself. In a new setting, in a new area, he had to be prepared at all times. It no longer mattered if he had died only to live again. What mattered now was finding his brother. Finding Lelouch and whether his brother was still safe. With this in mind, Rolo clenched his teeth against the jolt he felt in his thigh and forced himself to stand again.
This time, he looked harder at his reflection in front of him. How strange, it was, that it showed him naked when Rolo was still fully clothed. Indeed, it even showed something on his thigh, at the spot he'd felt pain. Frowning, Rolo leaned closer to the reflection, pausing on when the surface rippled at his touch. As close as he was, he could better tell what had been done to his body. Violet eyes narrowed as they took in the new mark, pale in color and in a shape he didn't quite recognize. And immediately, Rolo wondered if it had actually appeared on himself as well.
With a quick look around himself to check for possible overseers (and finding none), Rolo slowly unfastened his pants and slide them down far enough to check his skin. Just like the reflection, there was a pale mark on his thigh, about the size of his locket. Now, he was not only alive, but marked as well?
Ideas and questions began to form in Rolo's mind. Had he been captured? Was he part of some kind of experiment, which would explain his returning to life? What of Lelouch? Where was his brother? As Rolo pondered these things, he noted the box again. Perhaps it would have some kind of answer inside it. Rolo approached it again, but this time, more cautiously. His hand lingered in the air for a moment as he steeled himself and then dropped it to the box's lid. When nothing happened, he opened it to reveal two items inside.
The letter was quickly read and discarded. The Twelve? What was this? It sounded ridiculous, so Rolo quickly turned his attention to the other item inside the box. It appeared to be some kind of small hand-held computer. Or cellphone. Examining it, Rolo turned it on and began navigating the menus, but found little to answer his questions. In fact, they only grew as he noticed that the reflecting wall that had surrounded him had disappeared. Eyes narrowing again, Rolo paused, and then stepped outside the ring, intending on finding as much as he could so he could return to his brother's side.
