Stupid work. I had a new project to go to and today I was told I'm stuck on my current project until the end of July. Guh. I wanted so badly to leave my current project. It's such a joke right now. So come July, I won't know if there will be another position waiting for me.
My admin manager had to deliver the bad news, but at least she was nice enough to tell me in person. She tried to make it sound like a good thing. "Oh, it's flattering. The client is really confident in your work." Ha! The only reason I'm being forced to stay is because it'll be a waste of time to train someone else.
I'm trying to think of the positives, but there really aren't any. Excuse me while I go and hack my way through a horde of demons in Dragon Age...
