5/17/05 - As if I don't already lack a life, I can't wait until Thursday! Star Wars Episode III!!!!!
6/9/05 - OK... Could've waited for SWIII... What a piece of thestral dung!!!! After all the hard work Lucas put into the other five Star Wars movies, you would think he would work twice as hard on the finale. Hell no!!! He choreographs a few fights (which weren't really spectacular) and puts some gaudy, overused, shallow dialogue in between. I have lost all respect for George Lucas. I hope he sees an unemployment line soon, even though he deserves worse!!!
I also announce that I am a member of the HMS Harmony. I sat on the fence a long time but I finally sided. The so-called Good Ship is like the SS Minnow (Gilligan's Island). The crew is nice enough and they seem smart but they can't see the big gaping hole in the hull. It's taking on water fast but they're in such shallow waters it doesn't really matter...
And now, it seems that shipping has taken over my life. I can't stop thinking about it. Every few seconds, panic grips my heart because I wonder if JKR really knows what she's doing.
What really decided it for me was the fact that Ron and Hermione were in the same house together for an extended period of time and NOTHING happened. Now, granted, anything that could've happened wouldn't have been brought to light right away. However, after a year (or ten months), nobody seemed to be feeling guilty about anything. Also, the big hug from Hermione when Harry arrives at Grimmauld Place is enough to say four things: 1)Thank Merlin! Ron is getting annoying! 2) I'm so sorry for keeping secrets from you. 3) I have nothing to feel guilty about. and 4) I really, really missed you!
