Well, apparently my original purchase of my Dell computer did not go through correctly. The circumstances of its cancelation are not known to me, but it was canceled. Thus, I had to reorder it today, which isn't all that bad because this time around I took advantage of the discount that I was entitled by being a U-haul employee and received around 150 dollars off my original purchase (and mildly changed the ram: 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz- 4 DIMMs). I suppose I could have tried to go ahead and get the TV tuner thingy with the money I was saving, but I already have a TV in my room and don't want to split the cable a third time.

Neways, my computer will now be shipping on the 20th instead of the 15th, which is the suck, but oh wells. I'll do my best not to go stir-crazy without a computer of my own.

On another note: does anyone have any suggestions for movies to watch (tonight)? My mother is thinking of going to the theaters tonight and isn't quite certain what movie she wants to watch herself. She was thinking of Firewall, but I don't think that got that good of reviews. So, any suggestions out there?

On yet another note: I say rawr to the page I read that said light text on dark backgrounds is harder to read than dark text on light backgrounds. I am sticking with my background as is and have had very little complaints as to legibility on AIM or anywhere else.
