So, I've gotten most of my moving stuff prepared and whatnot.
The first option is Joe's House [the one I want to take.]: $350/person. Not a bad price for a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Plus, all amenities are included, so bills are not a worry.
Also included is Cable and a Washer/Dryer. No coin-ops!
The downside is that we can't take Jacky, because the reason we need $350 is to cover the actual price of rent.

The second option is Westwood? Apartments: $590/6 months, then $690 for the other 6. 2br, giant closet in the master bedroom that is BIGGER than my room at my Dad's. I could live in there, easily. [Plus the lady there was very, VERY nice.]
Downside: Coin-op, very few amenities are included, change in price, while seems great, is kinda bad 'cause we get used to only paying so much, then have to pay more.
-
Third option: Hunters West. $650 or so, decent rooms, indoor pool/gym. PHolm gets a referral, too.
Downside: Much the same as the other apartment, other than the price change.
-
Fourth option: 7 & Inkster, House with Tony. Not sure on rent [probably ~$300-400]. It's a house, Washer/dryer, decent area.
Downside: MAY not be able to help Jacky, Probably won't have (Epi)Paul.

So. Obviously, Joe's is the best option. The only real downside is that I can't help Jacky.
Basically, everything is going to have to go as such:
If Joe's House becomes an official option, that's where I'm going to go. The offer is wonderful, something I can't pass up.
If Joe's Parents decide to sell the house, I'm probably going to talk to Tony more about renting his Dad's house, although this would probably be one of the last options I'd want to take. [I have the potential of loosing Paul & Jacky.]
Probably go and apply for BOTH apartment complexes. Assuming I get this far means we don't have Joe's house, so I may have as many people as Joe, Paul, Jacky and Myself, or as few as Myself and someone else.
Move in to whatever place accepts me [or with Tony, if it comes down to it.]
Now it seems to be a waiting game to see what options become available.
