Rehearsal cancelled for the third time in a row. This is tiresome, choreographer. At least we're not actually performing this, though.
Apollo Sunshine was sub-last concert. I'm not so into feedback solos. If I want to listen to Noise, I'll listen to DNA. Or maybe Olivia Tremor Control, if I'm not quite in a DNA-y mood.
Also, my general problem with concerts (it was too loud). I feel like an old man when I complain about it, but man. Distortion. No good.
Alsoalso, complaining about high schoolers makes me feel like I'm one of those people who complains about the freshman at their own college. But still. So irritating. One of the girls standing in front of us had to leave because of curfew at quarter to midnight. I had a moment of laughter, then realized that I'm probably going to have to deal with that from my host family next year. Hm. Funny how when I go away to school, there are more restrictions (curfew at NCSA, drinking policies, lack of car, etc).
(Despite my complaining, they were quite good.) I look forward to Harry and the Potters on Tuesday.
