Don't go telling me lies tonight
I have to work tonight and I REALLY don’t want to. I was supposed to work the morning shift today, but Daniel convinced me to switch with him and now I have to close. Damn him. I would have said no, except that he worked for me earlier this week. Blah. At least I’m working with Michael tonight. Maybe it won’t be too terribly bad.
I hope Michael and I can close quickly. I’m supposed to head over to Sarah’s house tonight and hang out with some friends. I really don’t want to bail on everyone again.
I watched Unbreakable last night/today. (Watched half of it last night, and finished it today…). I like it I guess. I had heard that it had a surprise ending, but nothing really surprised me. I think that if I hadn’t been expecting a twist ending I would have liked it more. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to go “No way!” when the movie ended. So I sat there for a minute looking at the credits thinking, “wait a minute….” Oh well. I still adore M Night Shyamalan.
I want to watch his movie “Wide Awake”…..I hear it’s a comedy. That should be different.
My internet connection drives me nuts. Whether I’m talking in IM, writing an email, updating LJ, reading Friends’ Journals, or WHATEVER…..the internet kicks me off. I can’t stand it. I feel so rude when I’m trying to talk to someone in IM and I just sign off! If I do this to you, please don’t get mad at me!
I hope to go to Orlando September 1-5. I’ll be able to hang out with my cousin and we’ll go see Hanson! :-) I only have around $200 to spare for the trip though…I wonder how much gas alone will cost for me to get there. Once I get there….I have a free place to stay… I hope I can pull it off! I haven’t seen Trisha in over a year!
Speaking of road trips….there’s a 5 hour trip I’m thinking about wanting to take sometime soon….
