The Britney concert can be best described in 3 words: OH MY GOD.
It was amazing! Britney tour spoils behind the cut. If you're going to the show, and want to be surprised...don't read.
She started the show out with "Toxic". Which ruled. Hyped everybody up and got you ready for the show. It was your pretty basic performance. Then she did "overprotected", and maybe another. She went back for a costume change, and came out to do "Baby One More Time"...which I didn't even recognize at first because she slowed it down and sexed it up. She made it into a salon bar like performance, and then did the same thing to "Oops I Did It Again".
When she did "Everytime", she sat at a piano and played the beginning of the song. She then kneeled down center stage to sing with ballet dancers around her. It was beautiful and brought about tears. "Shadow" was also a beautiful performance. Seriously jaw dropping beauty. She sat on a swing above the stage with a light blue dress tail that fanned down onto the stage, with dancers dressed in nude.
Then there was the eyepopping bit. She did "Touch of My Hand". There are two beds on stage, and a bathtub on the risen back of stage. Britney comes out in a bathrobe, which she sheds to be seen in a nude outfit. She sits in the tub for the song, while the two beds on stage have a guy on one and a girl on the other, writhing around to the song. Next Britney goes offstage while the dancers continue and she comes back out in her underwear. Bright pink. She does "Breathe On Me". Holy crap. She was rolling around on the bed with the dude...and just, well, had she not been wearing underwear they would have been having sex. Seriously. During a break of lyrics in the song, she stands center stage with the dude and makes out with him. I saw Britney's tounge go in his mouth. Crazy. She then puts on a trenchcoat and does "Outreagous". Crowd goes nuts.
She ended the show with "Me Against the Music"....also throughout the show she did "Crazy", "Slave 4 U", "Boys", "(I Got That) Boom Boom", "Showdown", and "The Hook Up". It just ruled.
In other news, Matt Roger was voted off of American Idol. I didn't like Matt anyway, so I'm kinda glad he's gone. I obviously didn't get to watch so I don't know who the other 2 were in the bottom 3. If someone can let me know, I'd appreciate it.

Today is my old friend Matt G's 21 birthday...I wonder if I can find his phone number somewhere.
