Alright, I'm on a few personal missions with rewards at the end of them. Think any type of quest-based RPG, but without the computers. Or the nerdiness. And all the real-life-iness.
The first mission is Tattoo. In order to feel like I deserve a tattoo, I must not eat fast food or drink soda (including mixed drinks) and I must run a mile everyday for two weeks. No days off. I'm thinking of getting a skull and crossbones over a 4-leaf clover. With crossing swords underneath... and shamrocks at the bottom of the sword handles instead of little balls or whatever. Over my heart. Because I'm an Irish Pirate at heart...
Which led me to my next mission...
Kayak. I went kayaking with Warren a couple months ago and really enjoyed it (I FOUND BIRD BONES!). So I want one of my own. BUT- I can't indulge in extra-relationship sex. So no more flings. Until 2008 anyway. So if I'm in a steady relationship that's monogamous (for the most part- you know how I roll)- I'm in the clear. If not- then uh... sorry, little buddy.
I'm still feeling ambitious.
Partly related to kayaking... I want to stage an all-out pirate battle in the Gulf of Mexico using kayaks as our vessels and paintballs (or some other readily available projectile) as our weapons. We can dress in shoddy pirate garb (because we will be out on the water, nothing too fancy) and have at it for a couple hours. Who's with me?
I'm thinking a rower and a gunner per boat... the rest of the details will fall into place with the appropriate feedback.
