* Complaining about noise from the jail cell next to his.
* Claims that greengosborn has been hiring him to kill people, despite his current heroic persona.

* For a supposedly upstanding law-abiding person, he's quick to engage in extensive conversation with criminals in jail, in words and tones that suggest some possible collusion.
Person: his_instrument
* The tone of his conversation with dogabuse suggests that he may soon be troublesome as well.
* Has a friend from his world in the City, named "Jack."

* New arrival, some sort of cosmic power.
* Specifically sent a mental call to those of us who are somehow supernatural to ask for information.
* I explained to him about why the Porter brings people here, and about the police force.
* I also told him that I seek out Justice alone, and that I haven't had a team in a long time.

* Asks yippiekiyay for permission to have Colbie and Nygma visit her in prison. He's... disinclined to allow it.

* Put out a notice of an imminent attack by killerjoke.
* I asked if she wanted my help; she told me where to go.

* Holed up in an abandoned fun house.
* How strange... When I got close enough to see him, something caused me to become visible and solid again despite my attempts at stealth.
* Is his power to negate those of others, perhaps? Must remember to keep a couple of magazines of real ammunition stowed away, so that I'm not entirely without the means to shoot him.
* Still, despite that, we were able to capture him.
