I don't know! Presumably they weren't popular enough. If they were still about, we could make mini-Hitchers, with a regular polo for the eye and teeny-tiny polos for the hat. I'm not sure what his head could be made of, though. Perhaps some sort of moulded jelly would be in order?

i tell you what a good substitute for those polo things is - the white foamy supports that keep a new pack of CD-Rs on their spindles.

i guess.. got a hitcher that's half-done, but he's for my gf - when i can be arsed to glue the hair / hat on. might make some more joe / ruby cocnuts when the dvd comes out...
