Concert Tonight!
So we have our symphonic band concert tonight. We have rehearsal at 3:00PM and the concert is at 7:30 tonight. I am excited for it, and I really hope we do really well. A brass ensemble is playing a Gabrieli piece and then the full band is playing pieces by Grainger, Mennin, Welcher, Wagner, and Stravinsky. The Wagner is piece is going to be really cool because we are going to play in the dark and then have candles lit throughout the piece.
Alot of stuff has been going on, but not a lot of stuff has been going on if you know what I mean. I guess just a lot of thoughts running through my head thats all. Life gives you a lot to ponder, and once you get stuck thinking about things they stay in your head for a long time. I just hope that I do the right things and that everything works out the way it should. Moving on...
I have been battling this nasty cold for over a week now and nothing seems to work. Ive been taking cold medicine, benadryl, and I am still sick. Just hope I feel better soon. I guess thats it for now, I need to do some things before rehearsal. Laterz!
