Aerobic exercise = antidepressant?

According to Reader's Digest (reporting on a study), people who perform aerobic exercise at least three hours per week can decrease depression symptoms by 47%, which is similar to the effect of antidepressants. Those patients who only exercised 80 minutes per week had no change.
