How I Spent My Summer
OMGIMADEABINCHEMISTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*ahem* Yeah, that was pretty much the extent of my summer. I also made an A in Public Speaking, which friends and family (and myself) find amusingly ironic, considering how much I like to talk.
Went to the beach (Navarre, because PCB has gone waaaay downhill) and it rained 98.7% of the time. It was still fun. I looove walking on the beach at night, especially since we were out on Santa Rosa Island, so the water in the sound was really calm. Dad and I chased crabs :P However, I did not see an Alabama Beach Mouse, and was sorely disappointed. I finally broke down and bought myself a shark tooth necklace, though, and it's all pretty and pointy.
Le'see . . . fall semester shouldn't be toooo bad. I've got Physics (again *sigh*) but that's balanced out by Ecology and Principles of Wildlife Management. I think Ecology's gonna be about like Genetics - a lot of work but really interesting stuff. *crosses fingers*
I also seem to have forgotten how to draw over the summer and I need to get back in the groove and finish commissions.
P.S. Never evereverever let it be said that Eclipse likes thunderstorms. She does not. Tornadoes scare the ever livin' daylights outta me. Stupid tropical storm bringing stupid bands of bad weather from the wrong direction and starting up warnings at bloody two in the morning (and two-thirty, and three). Nothing dangerous was ever actually really around me, but the sirens kept going off so I sat in bed and shivered and talked to my daddy on my cell.
I promised myself I'd buy myself some customs on Wajas (anyone else play on that site? its awesome!) if I passed chem, which I did, so I think I'll make them tomorrow.
