This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Don't expect anything back. He might harm you, especially if you cling to him for a long amount of time (which would be 5 seconds for him? :D)
Kissing this character: Considering he has no mouth but just a chrome muzzle to imitate a mobian, it wouldn't really get any farther than the equivalent of a kiss on the cheek. But sure, go right ahead if you seriously want to do so. It'd certainly surprise the fighting machine.
Flirting with this character: Uh, if you would want to.. He will have nothing to do with it, of course. But it'd amuse me to no end, so go ahead. Expect awkward responses to an innuendo for example (something a robot wouldn't understand).
Fighting with this character: Sure! It may not be with the one hedgehog he wants to fight but he was built for combat.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): You can dent him, sure - If you want to do something like rip one of his limbs off you'll have to ask me.
Killing this character: Ask. I would say he'd deserve it, but just ask... And maybe expect me to sulk a little afterwards.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Can robots be read? If so, well. You'd find some violent things in there. More specifically? Ways to annihilate Sonic the Hedgehog and possible visions of Sonic BEING dead. He also occasionally mulls over times when he was defeated and struck down by that individual. More unspecific thoughts are how great he is and hostile thoughts on his creator.

He's a full-blown killing machine, razor-sharp claws included! He can electrocute you if he wishes and has the chance, but it should be mild - it can use up his power.
If this isn't obvious by time you get here, he won't be very friendly with you. Developed relationships.. maybe. But otherwise no.
