Tool - A tool is a piece of equipment that (most commonly) provides a mechanical advantage in accomplishing a physical task. The most basic tools are simple machines.
Credit to Wikipedia for such a fine description of what Tool is. However, they do not have the definition I was seeking which can simiarly be summed up as: People I work with. Namely my store manager. We were told, we being the copy side, that we need to be proactive today by constantly making sure they didn't have lines. What?! Apparently he forgets that we also have customers that need to be taken care of as well. I've never seen such a bitch in my entire life. Apparently he thinks that openly yelling about how everyone in the store is so lazy while customers are standing near him that it'll get results. Which it will. Eventually people will quit because of his bullshit and being a little cry baby about everything. After awhile yesterday people just stopped responding on the radio period until he left. They didn't want to get yelled at for seemingly harmless bullshit or crucified for not being everywhere at once. It's hard to be a team when the leader is being a fucker.
Well I'm ridiculously tired, and have been since I left work, so it's off to bed! Woo! Good weekend starting tomorrow ^_^
