Personal records, phone conversations, internet activity, ect can all be traced...even your whereabouts through your cellphone
The city of London already has over 7 million cameras alone, and England is wanting to implant RFID chips into all prisoners and London police authority:

where border guards have been forcing people to revel sensitive information in their laptops and other electronic devices. Sometimes even seizing the electronics and never returning them.

I think I might be moving to Germany in a few years. God help the people that try and search my laptop. The hundreds of shock images I have saved will ruin them to their core. Either that or I'll switch over to linux. Doubt they can search by command line.
