Spaceman Spiff

So someone got attacked at Ikkicon today. Was walking down the halls to a room when I heard crying. Followed the sound and found two girls. One on her knees crying, the other trying to help her. At first I think "Some drama issue" and am about to walk away, but instead I ask if anyone's hurt. She (the injured one) starts to get to her feet and she says she was attacked. Some guy had started strangling her. I check her throat and it's all bruised up. She's also breathing like she had just been choked, so I don't think it was an attention thing. The other woman and I bring her outside onto the balcony to get some air when one of her friends comes along. He's a big guy, so I leave her with him and go get hotel security (getting the ikkicon staff would have been useless) I go back up to make sure the guy found her alright and then left figuring I wasn't needed there anymore.
