001. Describe a specific time Mal made Arthur feel truly loved.
Arthur had been with the Cobb's for maybe six months when she found out she was pregnant with Phillipa. One night Cobb was out at a meeting and Mal was maybe six months pregnant. She was showing and glowing and Arthur had never thought she was more beautiful, even if she threw things at him and rolled her eyes when he insisted she rest. Not that she needed it but he tended to hover and fret during that time.
It was a nice night and they were sitting outside, listening to music and pretending the city around them didn't exist when she beckoned him closer. Taking him by the wrist, she put his hand to the swell of her belly just as there was another kick. They laughed, marveling over the strength and when she tugged up her blouse a bit, they could make out the shape of a foot to one side of her belly. She looked at him, eyes moist and filled with love. It wasn't for him, and her next words weren't meant to include him but it was still one moment when he felt most connected to her.
"Our baby," she whispered. "She will be so perfect, so beautiful."
002. Does Arthur have any prejudices?
If it could be called a prejudice, I suppose, but he has no tolerence for the willfully ignorant. Some people aren't as smart as others, and that he accepts, but to indulge in ignorance, to make no effort to try and learn, that he has absolutely no tolerance for.
003. If Arthur ever finds out what Dom did to Mal, what will he do?
In one verse he did, and it is a verse where Arthur is having a lot of issues and it still didn't go well. He basically completely withdrew and is finding himself unable to talk about it.
In his other verses, Ariadne has hinted at it and he has gathered some of it. I suspect face to face with Dom he'd lay the man out and might have to be stopped. It would destroy that loyalty he's had, which in my mind was all due to Mal.
004. What is one thing Arthur is sensitive enough to be taunted about?
Okay. This entirely depends on the verse. He is very sensitive about his feelings for Mal, and the fact that he still blames himself - in part - for her death. He didn't do more, he didn't save her, he wasn't there for her. Not to mention believing that part of why Dom kept her from him was that Cobb learned the truth. My obsession with Mal Arthur shows so much.
Now, in one verse, he is VERY sensitive about his great secret. He's a virgin. Usually this one is tagged Spain and Ariadne knows his secret but he hides it quite a bit from others.
I suspect in the others he'd be very sensitive about the fact that he used to have a thing for rent boys in odd cities, and this would be something any Eames might know who had worked with him. So not giving ammo to torment my muse.

Oh that. Heh. Yes yes. Arthur's "thing" is certainly a person's mouth. This isn't just with those he's involved with either. He notices a person's smile, the way they speak. Not just the words but the shape their mouth takes. He has a pronounced oral fixation, both in his own actions and those of others as well. Not merely sexual either.
Eating can be a sensuous act for him, just watching another. Even how they drink from a bottle, or hold a straw between their lips. When he first meets a person, it is what he notices, though he has no certain type. It is less about full lips, or a wide mouth but rather how expressive a person's mouth is.
