I am quite fond of the people of this Garden but if one more Trepie attempts to either attack me or to otherwise impede me may well find out how well the poison of my darts work. Honestly, I can't help it that she doesn't want you...though I can gloat over it, just a little.
Hm. I am a lucky, lucky man.
Alas, down to business.
Gentlemen,
By now you're well aware of Edgar and Terra's return to Figaro and I am sure you can forgive his dire mistake in not saying goodbye to you; I suppose he doesn't love you enough? Perhaps. Regardless, I have been asked to be certain that the both of you--and your guests--find their way to Figaro by next weekend. If you wish to travel with me, that is fine. If not, make your own way. If either of you are late for this, then I fear I may have to find a way to kidnap you and you know what that means.
Let me know as soon as you can? You know where to find me.

My lovely Venus,
I hope this finds you well...and not too harassed by those damnable Trepies. It really is a shame that things ended as they did, but it was still quite an amusing trip, to be sure. Maybe we can try that again, sometime.
Alas, that was not the reason I wrote you, though. You humblest gentleman wishes to know if you'd be able to accompany him to Figaro? The deadline to get there is next weekend, but we can leave anytime you'd like. Do you think you'll be able to get away for then?
We can talk this over, if you like. Just tell me where to meet you.
I love you!
