I'm not sure if you've seen the raging debates going on in my posts! I have same sort of thing as you; people from HS, Jr High, college and now, so the political leanings are ALL OVER THE PLACE.

As long as people are nice, I don't mind the debates. The talks about abortion is where things fell apart pretty bad.
